"Waiting and feeling forgotten"
I’m still waiting for my order, and the tracking hasn’t really updated at all. It reminds me of that frustrating feeling when you keep checking the mailbox as a kid, hoping something finally showed up, but nothing ever did. I just wish there were clearer updates so I knew what was going on.

"Not sure this was authentic"
I’m not convinced this item was genuine. Something about it just felt off, and it didn’t seem like the real thing to me. Has anyone else had the same issue with their order? I don’t think I’ll be buying from them again.

"Packaging could’ve been better lol"
The katana itself was fine, but the packaging from Acejinkatana was kind of disappointing lol. The box showed up a bit crushed, and the padding inside felt cheap. Luckily nothing was damaged, but for the price, I expected it to be packed with a little more care. Not the worst experience, just not great either.

The customization didn't come out like what I'd picked. A few of the details just felt off, and when I reached out for help, support was slow to get back to me

"Refund process was frustrating"
Getting my return and refund sorted ended up being way more of a hassle than it needed to be. Support took a while to reply, and the whole process wasn’t very clear. It felt avoidable if the policy and communication were better. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they improve that.

"Looks cool, but feels cheap"
I’ll give it this: the katana looks nice at first glance, especially compared to the photos. But the second I picked it up, I was kind of annoyed. The material just feels cheap, and the handle wrap was already a little loose, which is not something I have patience for right out of the box.
For the price, I expected better. It’s probably fine if you just want to hang it up and never touch it, but if you care at all about it feeling sturdy or well-made, I’d pass. I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Blade finish was disappointing"
The blade finish wasn’t great at all, and the handle felt loose and kind of cheap. Not sure if this was a quality control miss or just how they make them, but either way, it’s on them.

"I reached out just trying to..."
I reached out just trying to get a simple update on my order, but the replies were slow and barely answered what I was asking. After a while, it felt like I was begging them for basic help, which was frustrating. I got the sense they just wanted me to stop messaging instead of actually fixing anything. Definitely left a bad taste.

"Shipping was slower than I expected"
I ordered from acejinkatana.com thinking the shipping would be reasonable, but it ended up taking way longer than I expected. The tracking updates didn’t really help much either, since it felt like nothing changed for days at a time. Maybe I just had bad timing or others have had a smoother experience, but based on what I was expecting, the wait was frustrating.

"Received the Wrong Katana"
I ordered a specific katana, but the one that showed up was completely different from what I picked. The details didn’t match my order at all, which was frustrating. It feels like no one double-checked it before shipping. Has anyone else had this happen with their order?

"Looked a bit different in person"
The sword arrived in decent condition and shipping was totally fine, so no complaints there. But to me, the design just didn’t look as accurate as it did in the pictures on the site. A few of the colors seemed off, and some of the smaller details felt a little cheaper than I expected. It’s not a bad item overall, but I mainly bought it because of how it looked online, so I was a bit disappointed when it didn’t quite match that.

"Blade was dull right out of the box"
I tried it as soon as I got it and my first reaction was, “Seriously?” The blade wouldn’t even cut paper, which was disappointing. I expected it to be at least somewhat sharp out of the package

"Didn’t feel worth the price"
After using it for a bit, I don’t feel like it was worth what I paid. The quality just feels cheaper than I expected, especially for the price. I was hoping it would feel more solid, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Not gonna lie, the slow replies were frustrating"
Katana was okay overall, but not gonna lie, trying to get answers was frustrating. I had to follow up twice, and even then the replies were really short. Definitely not the best support experience
